Good ground for learning

It is an average company in terms of fleet size with dump trucks, excavators, graders,tlbs,dozers, water and diesel bouzers and bakkies numbering up to 90. I am the soul auto electrician responsible for these machines which are located in different sites. Usually, i start work at 0600 at the main site only to go to other sites invase of breakdowns. However, i visit each site of the 4 sites once a week for maintaince. I enjoy good relations with my core workers especially mechanics who are of assistance on those sites in my absence. I enjoy trouble shooting for it brings the best out of me. Traveling is the most challenging part considering that the sites are far apart and brrakdowns can occure at the same time in defferent locations. I have learnt to be precise in trouble shooting which helps me reduce the breakdowns hence limit the driving part from site to site.

Pros: Room for learning new machines and related jobs
Cons: Very long working and driving hours.

Hurd work and willing to learn

It was nice to work won this company the wabeacouse they treat us with good respect gave us a chance and they were teaching us how to respect e was nice to work on this company They were treated all ach and the skills of learn doing all the task I realy enjoy to work on it

Great lessons

My day starts with me recieving documents for typing, review, filing or distribution from the different departmets. I then go through emails and assisting head offie with hours of employees, and IR related issues. I have establishe a very solid and open relationship with the employees as well as my colleagues. I have learnt that in this departmet one shoul have good record keeping and be very firm and cosistent. I enjoy the new things that I get to larn on a daily basis and the updates on the regulations and laws. It is however very challenging when it comes to dealing with disciplinary issues and dismissals.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: tainted relationships as a result of disciplinary actions and heavy work loads
