JCB Incorporated Reviews

Learning curve

There was great exposure to the different aspects of accounting and auditing world. We worked in a small group of 3 trainees with 2 senior partners and at times the workload would be overwhelming as we had many clients. The workload would sometimes mean that I was required to work from home in order to get the work done faster. Our seniors was readily available at most times teach and assist where I needed help. My colleagues and I had a supportive relationship, we were able to work and communicate well without conflict. I enjoyed putting the theory part of my degree to practice and discovering that I actually love what I do.

Pros: Exposure to the accounting field
Cons: Long working hours
