Self employement

I enyou working for my self but it becomes very difficult at times due to the fact that i do everything myself. I do have one worker but his knowledge is very limited and cannot be left alone to do all the work as our kind of work is very precise and i have certain ways of how things must be done. Which he has still to learn. Unfortunetly the market for a smal bussines is very hard to get into and is financially very challenging. Therefore i think i can be a great asset to a reputable company and take that company to great hights.

Pros: be my own boss
Cons: financially challenging
