Learnt new programmes

We get to work at 8'o clock in the morning every weekday, and if required, earlier and then we knock off at five o'clock, and later if required. We are all responsible for multiple projects at a time and expected to deliver at required times, therefore time management is key in the process. Currently we are a team of four designers working under an Architect and being the small team that we are, it is more of a family environment than anything else, meaning our co-relations are filled with love and respect. Having joined this company in early 2016, various projects of different types and sizes have been done, and therefore the knowledge gathered here has to deserve mention, as it is vast. The learning process, as always, is what I tend to enjoy most, along with the new relations I have come to build. Within the work, one has not much encountered much in the form of difficulty as such, but yes as with many a time sites do present different challenges which we have no option but to overcome.

My work Experiences.

We are 3 co-workers that get along well, and we all have our own projects that we work on. I have gained a good amount of experience working from concept to going on-site for inspection. The work environment is great, we all help each other where it is needed, always good to have more than one idea on a design. The most challenging for me would be to get the balance between my idea and the client's change of ideas, but that brings about a great opportunity for growth and understanding.

Pros: Working on full projects and getting to design as i wish
Cons: pay is too little for the work being done
