A typical work day includes

A typical work day includes the running of jobs to customer specifications and reproducing the same high quality every time. Co workers are great, supportive and welcoming. I have learnt that working in production with management who have little to no faith in your abilities is dreadful and breaks you down as an operator because the tend to become dismissive of everything that comes from you. I enjoy the technical and artistic aspect of my job but the challenges of having to deal with management that only knows how to push people's spirits down is hard. Proper management should know how to deal with any type of situation without being rude or making you feel like you're there to beg and not work is painful.

Pros: Work experience and learning different types of machines
Cons: Rude and disrespectful management
