Excellent Learning Opportunity

I am fast learner who is always keen to learn something new and is willing to grow in the Manufacturing field. With the past 5 year of my experience I managed to become the Quality Coordinator where I ran the entire Quality Department and maintaining Jaschke Metal Engineering Quality Management System Standard since the company has never had Quality Manager from the day of my employment. On November 2017 and November, I have managed to drive the Jaschke Metal Engineering Quality Team to prepare and achieve the ISO 9001:2015 Certification Audit which was conducted by SHEQ Cert. We were ultimately changing the standard from ISO/TS 16949 to ISO 9001:2015. The 2017 Audit came with only two minor findings which we immediately closed those findings out within period of 2 weeks and Jaschke achieved the ISO 9001:2015 certificate. The 2018 Audit results came successfully with ZERO finding which gave the company a reputation in excellent Quality Management System.

Excellent learning curve

wkjdyi work due to lot of pressure everyday at jaschke metal engineering opkopijiouyghuibniuhixxng i always keep puncual and i am a good team worker who works also as a individual i worked as a cnc machine operator for 3years and i was then promoted to be a cnc setter

Pros: great opportunity for promotion
Cons: long working hours
