Excellent communication

At jam I have learnt a lot, I learn on how yo talk to customers, how to keep customers always happy. With my coworkers we had a good relationship. What I enjoy the most is that customers they enjoy around me. The most challenge is sometimes customers they give bad attitude, but that won't change my attitude, if someone is giving me attitude I let him/her go and remain smiling

Cashing, Merchandising and managing stock on hand

Actually I started an Jam clothing in 2017 June as a customer Assistant as a casual, I didn't know nothing about how to handle different types of customers but I was thought by my manager even the stuff has been always there for me to assist if a am lacking some where, when the time goes on they started to teach how hand cash and working on the cash desk it is where I started cashing. The most challenging aspect of the job is that i only work on Sunday during a year, I work Monday to Friday during December holidays only

Excellent communication

I've learnt a lot on how to work with people. I've learnt that a an of people give you attitude you have to remain smilling in order for the customers to be happy all times. It is hard to work with people but it's you who have to make it easy by keep a smile on your face as always. Don't blame customers, make sure to the customers that you care.
