Good learning experience
I had a great experience at my previous job, Good coligues and Manager.The people I was working with taught me so many things that I was not aware of, they were very good people . When I first started working I was welcome very nicely. But the only problem was that we were not earning much. We were working overtime but the money was still not satisfying according to the work that were doing. I have learn how to treat customers, even if they have attitude towards you,you need to be calm. I have learn how to work fast and effective. I loved working at JAM. I was always work to wake in the morning and go to work even though they were not paying what we expected but I was happy with what i was getting.
Pros: I was a part-time employee ideas not really much luck of promotions,but there were promotions from a causal worker to a permanent worker.I was promoted from working at the underwear department to the fitting room and men's department
Cons: Working long hours was not easy but I would say it was a good experience,especially for me I felt thatha was growing now and I'm starting to take care of me and my family with made me to stay at this company.

Great learning curve
when I joined jam clothing I knew nothing about retail but now I know a lot. I grew within a job in such a short space of time. learned how to merchandise, customer service, how to use the pos system on the till, how to insert price tags and do stock taking. I worked for only 2 months as a casual then became a permanent because the company saw potential in me. sometimes I help them with filing because I have experience as a receptionist and I know my way around the office and I have a team work spirit. challenging aspect was when the area manager recognises my good job but the manager was negative towards everything I do.
Pros: excellent learning curve
Cons: workload too high but the salary is low

Achieves a lot
Day to day ,I would start by having meeting with staff,doing admin then go to floor or open stock for 30 minutes.We normally receive 40 boxes three times per week.Then go to office to receipt stock.I also override.We work as a team with my staff.I enjoy to help customer and have learnt customer care and how to deal with difficult customer.Challenge is when we are busy and experience power failure ,we end up trade manually.
Pros: I got promotion very quickly
Cons: December hours are hectic

Teamwork
Can be very challenging at times.Guess when it crunch time that's the time when pressure is on.We do what we do best and that is knock the ball out the park.Wirh the help of having an honest hardworking team behind you proves that the task at hand will definitely meet the required deadline.What We learn each day in retail is teamwork is a DreamWork.Despite the challenges we face with the team its all about coming together to make it work.You got to be in it to win it.

Company excellence
JAM is a good and caring company that treat their clients and employees equally. Their company specialising in fulfilling their customer needs Most of the time I enjoyed their customer service Their working hours are very long but enjoyable I enjoyed working on a busy or hectic days because time runs faster I have learnt alot in the company how to treat customers, communicating with suppliers, working with other people (team work) How to run promotion, bookkeeping n administration Its feels great to work with others The most challenging in retail business is to deal with difficult customer and not reaching the daily targets
Pros: Its great opportunity for promotion if you are a hardworker
Cons: Their working hours are long but enjoyable

Excellent learning curve
I have been with jam clothing for three years now, and I have grown but I believe its time for me to venture into other places.I work very long hours and its far from were I live so I'm looking for something better

Learning curve
With jam clothing I have learned a lot of things I am ready to go out spread my wings fly so high like an eagle. Retail is an interesting industry to those who have passion and interest in it.

Self motivated
At the company is busy day by day, what i like the most is that we are positive team players, hard workers and always meet company requirements, also learnt about how to treat a customer, care for the customer and also motivate the customer on how he/she would benefit from buying garments that u selling
