I learned a lot of thing

I have gained a lot of experience about potting .was great I'm a people person I'm a team player I enjoy every moment and at spar that was igreet experience and I new that iwil not be a parck for ever I work in so much department BT I got hired as a park BT idid fruit and Verge and selling stamp that why I and up being agent so every job igot a take that job CRC and work hard the challenge was that u get paid for what u work for so the was no BASIC that was a hard part BT I work for to ye I like to work for the company that have basic salary I don't mind working long hrs and satdy my relationship with works it was good cz at the and I was a team lead so people like me cz am always smiling and always tell u when u wrong and tell u when u did agreet job that what they love about me I learn that when u take ur job CRC they is nothing that can stop you from achieving ur goal and be what u want to be and money is not everything u must understand ur job first and

Pros: I like working with people so it was great
Cons: Long hrs sometimes not going home at all

Excellent place to get groomed at for so experience

At Jabba mobile well we approach many people at different places and make some sales to them of the cell c sim cards. So the relationship with my co - workers is very it exceptional and very good indeed cause we more like brothers and sisters and aunties and uncles that all here. Well what I've learnt that the is nothing that overly - dedication, confidence, overcome, compromise, adapt and hard working are major things as an agent need to make things happen. What I enjoy the most is working with other to reach certain placed objectives for us as a group and going many places everyday. It's to get ad many people to use your product,use promotions and get them to recharge their sim cards.

Pros: Excellent working brings promotion
Cons: If you don't reach your daily target, your day counts as if you were not working

Im fast learner and lesson to other people's ideas.

It really good to work for Jabba Mobile because we doing things that taught us.So they gave 6 days tranning.So nothing change what you doing with Jabba.

Exellent learning curves

My company was based on poting,we wre porting for Cell C ,that was not an easy job o do we were travelling all over KZN, the most challeng thing obout this job is that we were told that we must port atlist 10 people a Day of wich was not an easy thing to switch the customer to Cell C ,The ather challenge is that we were working a long hours every day, The thing i have lern there is that it is important to work hard nometter how hard is work is always surrender your self to work. The most thing i enjoyed obout this work was that we were always travelling to diferent places meets deferent people My relaionship with other worker was very good and strong its was not like we work with one partners everyday.

Pros: great oppotunities to see my ather side that i can be able to convince a customer
Cons: some times i work long hours

Good communication Skills

I learnt to be patient with our customers, try to convince in every sales, don't take rejects very personal. What I enjoyed most was being on the field and experienced something new and just be myself.

I worked at jabba mobile with no working hours counted.but thanx that I have learned a lot about being a sales argent.I can also work as an individually and maintain the target.

Achieving and exceeding Sales targets

At present having to deal with different characters i have learnt how to be able to relate, understand and be able to have people see my point of view and agree with me.

the staff management is not bad because most of the time we as agent travel long distances and when it is time to go home they force us to work long ours. we tent to sleep in other places due to transport unavailability.*********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

Pros: must do target of ten people a day
Cons: you get paid for those days where you did reach target

Solid driving and advanced driving experience
