Excellent work area

My co-workers were like my family. A normal work day was a bot tiring because of tje hours and the shifts we were working. I enjoyed every minute i spent with my co- workers. Employers very friendly and helpful. I jave learnt how to handle challenges concerning our customers. The company made me increase my negotiate skills and how to deal with people not because they are in debt bit to understand their own problems and put myself in their shoes.

Pros: great opportunity for experience

Exellent learning

I usually to work at 7AM,make myself cup of tea,I then try my best to ignore all the social media and spend one hour on my current work double check work.I check email around 8am.and do follow upon my work,then at 8:30am am starting my daily job.Generally, my goal is to avoid interruptions so that I can do deep work and focus on my daily work. I had an excellent professional relationship with my co workers, which gelled quite nicely with the company environment. People assisted one another. We worked as a team to solve problems and learned new skills to reach our team objectives. I made some good friends for life, who today can vouch for me on a professional basis. I think the most challenging aspect of the job role is probably to do with time management.This is because it can be quite a big step up from university with potential for multiple deadlines and tasks to complete. But as you become more used to the environment and find the best way of working for yourself it can get a lot easier.

GOOD communications

i Thandile gubanu i have been in this call centre industry for mothan 5 years,i satarted doing sales then the company promoted me as a customer servive,selling cellphone contruct was very good for me it was easy to handle the objection as well i always meet my target.my intear team was very surpotive including my team leader [shamin paker]but the most challenging of the job the was tomush presure especial end of the month but i did manage the presure becouse i undustood the company goals.

Pros: as i was a sales agent i got promotion becouse of my hard worker
Cons: 8 to 5 oclok, but the overtime was there 8 to 7 evening
