To give bus times to the customers, Log complaints for the customers.
Dealing with customers helping them with train times, bus times logging complaints. It's a busy Call Center. Very friendly person love to do my job love to work as a team. Customers are very important that's what i learn. Enjoy to help others and what I do. It's a fun productive environment that gives an opportunity to work with various clients.

Excellent Learning
My relationship with my co-workers is good they treat me rite as I do to them. My typical work a day I work 10 hours taking calls meeting different people on the phone but I cope. I learn how to handle people even if you do not see the person but the way she/he talk to you have a pic of what happened. The most challenge you get here it’s when you get difficult customer when you try to explain to them what wrong maybe on the lines as we are in public transport information also most change is our salary we do lot of work as compared to our hours and salary.

Excellent learning curve
I have learned a lot of things on how to with people and how to communicate with a person that is in need of something and how to work with people under a lot of pressure. I like working with others and sharing ideas with others . What I find most challenging in my work are the challenges that I get like difficult customers how to deal with them and how to calm them down .
