Learning curve

i started as a learner and i have grown with a wealth of experience. i have had amazing mentors and outstanding leadership.where I have worked for the last 4 years, I am renowned for being able to motivate, mobilise, and coach my fellow colleagues to meet high performance standards. I can easily work with others in a professional manner while attempting to achieve a common goal, and would like to highlight my key strengths in areas such as attention to detail and analytic skills , I am a sociable person who has a natural ability of talking to, and building relationships with, all kinds of people. I also consider myself to be a personable professional whose strengths include cultural sensitivity and an ability to build rapport with a diverse workforce in multicultural settings.

Colleagues are like family

I have not much to say except that I worked with people who treated me like family even though sometimes those above us weren’t always conscious of our problems as long as we did what needed to get done.

Learning curve

I started in Mutual &federal as a leaner and have grown in leaps and bounds. the insurance industry is very interesting and diverse. On a day to day basis i interact with many different people and learn a new thing. I have learnt that hard work brings true joy, through my daily interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
