I enjoyed working at IWT I learnt a lot about cutting machines and ovens. We made grinding disks and leaning how the processes started from beginning to end. I had no problem working under pressure. I also got on well with my co-workers and I also taught them quite a bit as I have been in this trade for over 30 years. The most challenging aspect of the jib was when they go new machine from Italy and you had to try and figure out the working of it as it was all in Italian. I have good organizing skills. I can work independently and am able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done.I a team player. I can work unsupervised or in a team environment. My time keeping was good and always had a sense of urgency towards my job. I have pride in his job, I was production driven and always met my downtime minimization targets. I am a problem solver and always came with a solution to daily challenges.

Pros: I hardly had to work overtime as we got all the work done during the day
Cons: Sometimes there was not engou work to keep us busy
