Great learning experience in terms of cultures.

My working hours are flexible and I can teach at my own convenience. It is a highly interactive job as I get to speak with people from different walks of life and I have the opportunity to help make a small difference in their lives by teaching them English as a foreign language. Although I work independently from home, the staff at iTutogroup are extremely helpful and prompt to respond to any issues I may experience. This job has increased my ability to be culturally aware and sensitive, it has made me more of a peoples persons, patient and eager to help where and whenever possible. Students learn this language for very important reasons (Job opportunities, Business etc) and it is wonderful to be a part of their growth. I enjoy learning about their cultures during lessons, it is also a learning experience for me as a teacher. The most challenging parts of the job include connection/internet problems and not being able to see students face to face.

Pros: Great way to interact with different people; good and flexible working hours
Cons: Low salary; no opportunities for growth in the company

It is a great start and opportunity for a person like me who has just recently graduated.

It has a very friendly and warm enviroment ,I learn a lot everyday with the lessons I teach and the students that I teach ,the most challenging part of this job are the students who don't want to show any effort when learning,this is over and above all a great experience.

Pros: Friendly work enviroment
Cons: No basicall salary.

I am leaning a lot at Itutorgroup they helped me grow as a teacher. Our company focuses on integrative learning. Which means you can do so much with a simple topic. It's what you make of it

Pros: Always learn something new and discover new ways of teaching
Cons: Communication issues and remuneration is low
