Great introduction to hard work
Working within a small company that also provides training and working experience to graduates was exciting. Having gone through the internship programme and eventually managing the programme was exciting. At the most you gain experience and learn how much you do not know and still need to learn. Tasks and duties are not capped or limited, so you find yourself working on all projects, in different roles.
Pros: You learn a lot
Cons: No processes in place and a lot of resistance where structure is being implemented.

I have learned a lot, I am now confidant in what I do.
Being new to industrial world is intimidating especially when you are still fresh from school, It's like starting a new course all over again. ITTHYNK made things easy through the fine mentor-ship they have equipped me to be a junior developer. I worked with good team which included a senior developer, graphics designer, and other junior developers. We teamed up in various projects to accomplish working projects, the collaboration was good. I sometimes worked individually. I learned a lot when it comes to web and mobile applications including the backend, not only I learned about technical skills I also learned about soft skills which includes leadership (I was a mentor mentoring interns). I have enjoyed learning about new technologies. the most challenging aspects of the job was that I was treated as a senior which played a huge advantage to my career, other challenges include change of technology through the middle of the project which is going against the time but I had to overcome that.

Leraning new stuff
-we work 8 hours a day -they allow us to stay more hours if we want to, but its not paid -i have great co-workers, always looking to grow everyday -i learned a lot of different technologies over the last few months -we wrote tests to get some certificates from microsoft -everyday the is something to learn -we do a lot of projects in teams -the communication is very good in the office always -it is easy to talk to the manager -things scheduled sometimes the company don't follow up we end up not doing them

Excellent work experience
I started working at ITThynk Smart Solutions via an internship programme from MICTSITA on the 01/10/2016 to 30/10/2017.My day 2 day work was Database Administration and development ,office 365 ,sharepoint for a period of 9 months and the last 3 months of my contract they took me to a company that specializes in software development called Code etal where i was introductured to working with lastest technology for developing web and mobile applications using javascript(nodejs,reactjs,reactnative,php craft).After my contract ended i decided to remain at ITTHYNK from 01/11/2017 to 30/04/2018 where i was introduced Microsoft BI 2016 where i was working SSRS,SSIS,SSAS.

Great Learning curve, surrounded by great minds.
Get to the office, explain to the team what you did yesterday, what you found difficult yesterday, how you plan on fixing yesterday's wrongs, and what you'll be doing today. Then sit in your booth and get to the nitty gritty.
Pros: A lot to learn.
Cons: small company. After contract no going forward with company.
