Job satisfaction is the key to my current position, unfortunately I do not have prospects to grow

I serve a range of duties from financial pricing analysis from buying to the procurement team and selling to the sales teams as well as monitoring and optimizing stock levels including our branch demand ensuring risk is minimized I extract reports from our ERP and have compiled VB script which I maintain manually to indicate trends, segmentation, risk, replenishment, overstocking, etc. the current company comprise a friends and family business but I am not all that social and do not attend all the weekend outing since I heed from socializing with my co-workers. I maintain a good relationship with people I work with. I thrive on analytics and investigation problems to find solutions the most challenging part of my position is to introduce change and rely on systems to work smart

Pros: I work independent with very little supervision meeting my KPI's since I find job satisfaction in my current position
Cons: this opportunity appear to be more corporate and systems driven as opposed to the company I work for currently

Ability to develop blue print for inventory management

most of all working independently without supervision to optimize inventory of our company including branches to the value of R100Mil providing our procurement team with accurate vendor and replenishment quantities including segmentation and matrix reporting for trend management however, it is a family friends driven business that does not apply policies and procedures to streamline business processes. No KPI's are in place

INVENTORY AND PROCUREMENT OPTIMIZATION

having worked through various aspects of the supply chain for manufacturing companies as well as consulting the blue chip companies on procurement and inventory optimization, I would like to be considered for a challenge to manage the total inventory in the same environment

Pros: very much taking ownership of inventory and advancing strategies for optimization
Cons: no promotion since I report to the director

Implimentation and optimization of procurement and inventory

my excellent analytical ability allow me to think out of the box and also to devise new strategies in most complex situations eliminating risk optimizing and streamlining the supply chain with the emphasis on procurement and inventory forecast is my specialty and I enjoy the challenge of analyzing information, or structuring data for easy process

Cons: family and friends business
