Advantages of Working in an NGO

Work budgets, for workshops, arrange all the logistics, travel, accommodation, conferencing. Work in a very friendly comfortable enviroment where we all work as a team. My experience working in an NGO has been invaluable, working within sub-sahara countries and international funders. No real challenges.

Pros: Working within a solid, team enviroment
Cons: Contract work depending on funding
