I am currently working at Ithala bank as Direct Sales consultant The value proposition of my role • Provide effective administration support to ensure accuracy in function area • Provide client with product knowledge so that they will make suitable decision • Offering excellent service to clients • Maintain high knowledge level of Bank product and service • Manage own development to increase own competencies • Apply internal rules where applicable I am focused on achieving continuously high attention to details ,very much organised ,position and service orientated with ability to multi-task and maximize level of productivity .I am excellent communicator with emphasis on building strong relationship

Excellent

Working at Ithala has given me an opportunity to know how i can be trusted and being friendly to clients also to know how to work together with other people meaning my collegues.Starting a day by sharing some work,the most thing i enjoyed is working together as a team. depositing and withdrawals of money,cheques balancing of cash end of the day.

Pros: it will be great opportunity and pleasure to work with your company as i will have to learn more work and may be to grow big and expand my knowledge to.

Intelligent numericaly

To Work in A Bank It Quiet Scary at Some Times Because u Deal with money every day. I can say it a risk because thefts can rob the bank anytime. I enjoyed to at the bank work because I'm the person who likes to use numbers , I can say I'm intelligent numerically. At Ithala Limited I was Doing in-service trading which I completed in 28 February 2019.

Pros: There were no chances for promotion as I was an intern
Cons: 44 hours A week

I am currently unemployed and looking for a job, I am very much a team player, who like to assist other co-worker should the shortfall occurs, always eager to learn new challenges, my joy appears when I make a different to myself, my company and people I work with and success , When I don't get any scope for advancement that is no promotion, no studying opportunities, when my superioris oppressive instead of supporting the work to be successfully done

Pros: Like to get more scope for advancement in reality
Cons: having no scope and die in the same field forever
