Opportunity for growth

I I go over my emails to check what is important aMy day at work starts with checking my emails and seeing what is important and urgent that I need to do. I will follow up on what was left for the day before and check my targets for Training, Employment Equity and Recruitment(assisting an employee who is on maternity leave). I love the people I work with, their work ethic matches mine and theyre always willing to assist. What I love about the company is that decisions are made very quick and I have learnt so much about BEE, Payroll, and IR.

Cons: people not following procedure

Fast Paced. Strict Deadlines. Customer satisfaction focused. Great work colleagues.

Great company at the start. Strict corporate enviorment. Full hr team that handle most things. A real corporate enviormwnt . Very fast paced. Alot of people feom diffirwnt departments. Target related. Great people qorking at company even from diffirent departments. Business petrol paid for by company. 2x bonuses a year if targets and kpi is met.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn alot about corporate enviorment
Cons: no growth. Minimal salaries.
