Motivated me to build my human capital

It is an interesting environment, with interesting organisational challenges one has to deal with on a daily, which is partly what motivated me to pursue an HR degree. We created a nice supportive and family-like structure which almost the floor workers. At the end of each year there is a celebratory get-together, celebrating overcoming challenges of the ending year. However, I find the company resistant to change and more resolute to it's old organisational culture. This therefore makes it difficult for intra-organisational mobility and limits the growth of the employee.

Great working conditions, varied challenges to keep one engaged.

Typical work day includes creating electrical diagrams, programming controllers, creating graphics and HMI display pages. Relationship between co-workers is not bad. Could do better with more racial integration. I've learnt to deliver on time against deadlines, and to work as a team to achieve a goal. I enjoy programming of controllers the most, and also the experimental work. The most challenging aspects of the job are low salary and limited promotion opportunities.

Good day My name is Xhanti Ndyolashe I'm currently working for ITD Group as an HVAC Draughtsman/Apprentice Project Manager I have more than 3 years experience I in Auto CAD 2D working drawings. My current responsibilities include: -Drawing up ducting for manufacturing -On site measuring -Dealing with clients during and post projects such as Bodini, Mondelez, SAB etc.

Pros: Running own project growth to a certain level
Cons: Long hours
