A good start in the sales industry

It has a clear particular way of showing that hard working pays. Long hours at work to increase your level of pace when it comes to daily target. You have to be sales driven in order to crack minds. Team work is playing a big role because there's also a target as well.

Pros: A great opportunity to make sales.
Cons: Long working hours.

A strong learning curve

Well it is a very big company to experience in just a few days with very bad working hours for the unreasonable amount of salar working with some judgmental colleges and some very friendly and welcoming a day spent at italk feels like a slavery day but with more then enough experience in just a week. Working hard was part of it thinking about your background will actually force you to stay but being a slave for the amount was never on my dreams.you learn a lot in just a day not being able to connect with clients was the difficulty of it

Pros: None
Cons: None

Good enough place for entry level and growth opportunities

Dialing credit card holders and up selling them on increasing their credit limit as it shows on the ABSA system. Agents had to dial these clients from the leads that they receive and process the underwriting whilst on the phone. They are also expected to be at worked by 08:00 and knock off +/- 18:30 and expect a remuneration of R2500 plus commission.

Pros: Easy to get the job
Cons: Knock off time is unofficial

Stepping stone

Very hard working. Difficult to cope. Not convenient. Work on public holidays and not alot of time to recuperate regarding lunch or even tea breaks.

Pros: Time management
