Good Communication skills

Customer Service Representative Customer service representatives communicate with customers to solve problems. These problems include everything from complaints to simple questions. Most companies have customer service representatives. As a strong customer service representative i will showcase my good communication skills. prior experience in this field, share my accomplishments. On a daily basis i work with clients via email, telephone in assisting them in any sort of inquiry or complaint and also assist them in getting there refunds bank into there accounts The relationship that i have within my colleagues is built on to a strong relationship we work hand in hand and have good communication In the industry that i am in i have learnt a lot of skills such as working with numbers , working as a team and handling objections

Excellent learning curve

I had a good experience working at iTalk however as time passed I needed something more challenging. And also to enhance my skills as well as my abilities. I had good relationships with fellow colleagues and team leaders as well as my boss.

Great way to learn

Being a quality assurer has changed my perspective on how I used to solve problems, my pace has improved on an amazing scale, my communication skills have also been dialed up, I also learned how to work in a team, which is a big changed since I've always been working by myself, I'm more result oriented and it's a great experience to be working in a fast paced corporate environment, I've become more disciplined when it comes to listening as well as speaking, my biggest challenge was stepping in a world that was target oriented but it's been great because I managed to step out of my comfort zone and faced the challenge head on, I have become more time and target oriented.

Cons: The working hours are long and transportation is difficult to find at night.

Good learning curve

Being a sales agent it's really exciting and I got to learn alot from that. I got to interact with different people on a daily basis and I got familiar with the sales industry since I was selling loans which was very challenging and the pressure was alot because I had to focus on growing my sales and also increase numbers to my team that's when I actually learned that I can handle pressure so well because when u are in a sales industry you look at promoting your product and also putting out there. Which basically makes me a perfect fit for this position because I'm familiar with everything that occurs in the selling industry its a very exciting journey and I really enjoy it because it comes with alot of challenges and you get to overcome them and excel in what you do.its all about being a team leader and a game changer.

I have learned a lot on how to make with people.

It allows one to grow through the company and the opportunity it comes with with sven prkkotikn when you deserve it. It has taught to to handle any kind of pressure Iand I enjoy working with them but I need a new challenge and the working hours is not working out for me since well I have kids that I have to take care of. But I am really gratefully for the opportunity since well ot was my 1st job ever.

I have been in a call center industry for 4 years now, working for the same company.the reason I want another job is I need change and I want to make money, I am hard working and driven, I'm not afraid to take any challenge

The work load is a bit too much for the salary that they pay workers

It’s a good working environment... the staff is friendly, the management team are also friendly z Working hours a long though, and the work load is heavy.

It was an excellent learning experience, it made me work hard to achieve my goal.

It was a normal typical working day, striving to achieve your goal. I had a really good relationship with my colleagues helping each other. I learned to motivate myself to work even harder and learn everything one step at a time. I 3njoyed listening to music while working, music gave us the energy to work on a stressful environment. The most challenging part was keeping time to achieve our targets but I managed to pushing myself even h, I never gave up but to keep trying.arder
