Average learning curve

Working at IT Solutions is great. I work at my own time and in my own terms. IT Solutions is a small technical support company consisting of three computer science students from North West University providing IT support to the university's students. I work at the company while also doing my honours degree in computer science. What I enjoy about this job is that I am my own boss and I get to decide on what I do and when I do it. My co-workers and I have a very strong relationship and we learn a lot from each other. The most difficult part of the job is getting people's computers ready on time while also making sure that my school work is complete. But at the end of the day, I always manage to juggle between the job and the school work make sure that they are both done on time.

Pros: being my own boss and learning at a pace that suits me
Cons: Sometimes frustrating and time consuming
