I am a receptionist and HR clerk. I order office consumables and stationery. I answer switchboard in a friendly manner. I update daily clockings. I process weekly wages for wage staff, run payslips and process electronic payment. Maintain and update records/file of employees.

Pros: Importance of confidentiality
Cons: Less salary for my expenses
