A good place for growth, exciting environment with friendly and welcoming people.

I enjoyed every single day at Isolve, learning new things including hygiene as it was vital to ensure that the working environment is neat as much as an individual I was neat. It was a fun place to be in being involved with different types of people.

Excellent place to learn

My relationship with my co- workers was very good because I love to communicate I've learnt a lot from iSolve especially with the learnerships they provide I enjoyed the environment and the lectures with the service that they provide Most challenging part was to do it practical but i enjoyed it because i am good in figuring out how somethings work like

Don't go there

Good company, but they don't take care of their consultant developers. Hard to move to a different client if requested. Even when clients abuse their power iSolve doesn't do anything about it

Pros: Can't think of anything
Cons: Everything, no bonus, no maternity/paternity benefits

Excellent learning curve

We were studying each n everyday and getting more practice on what is happening when we are on site and i used to have a good relation with my classmates and my trainers and i have learned lot of things when it come to IT (e.g troubleshooting,installing ang activating of softwares and hardwares) and my favourite was when we have to do network configurations it was tough for me though even niw i still struggle becouse i did not get enough time.
