Excellent and challenging

Very good relationship with my co- workers.Yes some days were tough if we didn't make our targets. I have learnt that in life you mustn't give up because of that bad day.Keep on moving and learning. Challenging time was when l can not distribute the funds as it is a charity company

Pros: Sometimes some situation affected my life style
Cons: l don't mind working long hours as long l am happy with my work

Excellent and challenging

It can be stressfully because u have to manage and budget the cash flow which u might not have it in account. Working and understanding people who you are working with is very important, no question suggestion is stupid.

Excellent and challenging

It can be so frustrating if not fulfilling the disadvantaged community. What l have discovered and learnt is when you work as a team no input is stupid it can be handy .It is so challenging especially if you don't have enough cash flow to help the disadvantaged

Cons: long hours l don't mind as long l achieve my goals
