Fast learner, Problem solver, Excellent Team Leader

It is a very friendly environment. It is not just a typical day at the office, there's a lot of challenges that has to be solved ASAP and that's where the team work kicks in. We co-operate in the fields we are great in and we have a different system every week, to assist our customers needs as they need feedback in a very short period of time. The satisfying thing about being the Team Leader is to see how everyday works out, if we succeeded or if we failed there is always a lesson or a skill that we take from the situation. "Help me to help you"- motto. The most challenging aspect of my job is to ensure efficiency and to be on time, as anything can happen in this industry as we have deliveries and collections all over Durban city and small towns.
