It is an excellent learning curve

I open emails and call creditors It would be perfect if it happened that way There's always interruptions in the work place which I have grown accustom to I always allocate some time for interruptions to diarise the last thing I did so I don't make mistakes My relationship with co-workers is always a good one as I've never been mixed up in a quarrel with any of them I've learnt that one job is done in many ways I enjoy speaking to our clients

Pros: I've gained knowledge in the debt counselling industry. Especially in the Admin department
Cons: Not much room for growth

Learnt alot

i started as a sales agent calling clients and signing them up for debt review, i was then promoted as a data capturer. You gain many experiance but there is not much room to grow in the company

Pros: gaining experiance
Cons: no benefits, unfairly dismissals
