Excellent exercise in communication

My extroverted personality enables me to communicate effectively and build new as well as stronger and healthier relationships with customers. I'm very much target driven and proactive, I execute with excellence through prioritizing customer needs which inevitably results to customer satisfaction. I have a poised verbal delivery, an innovative mind and multi-skills established from my years of experience in many fields of work. I work well under pressure and long working hours, my written and computer literacy skills are essential assets that are intrinsic to my academic achievement of Public Relations Management and I seek great pleasure to expand on my knowledge capacity with dedication in the hopes of increasing the company's turnover.

Good learning curve

My job has really helped to inteact with my colleagues how to humble myself towards difficult customers. What I enjoy the most with my job is I get to meet diffrent people the joys of making some one smile gives me so much confident in what I do.

No learning or growth

I am respected among my peers as being and honest reliable hardworking goal orientated enthusiastic not to mention a positive thinking individual. I would like to take this opportunity to apply for any available post at your company not only to improve my skill but also to do what I love doing and to do it to the best of my ability I personally doubt it that there is any reason why anyone should give up the chance in life to improve not only themselves but others around them as well. I have worked in the industry for the past 5 years. I have completed my national senior certificate. I have also done a basic computer course. My goal is to study further.

Great for honing people, deadline and ad-hoc schools

Working with promoters can both be rewarding and frustrating. The environment is fun and vibey due o having a lot of young people. The pace is fast due to the nature of the industry which is promotion and events.

I am fond of the staff for how they received me.

A typical work day entails getting settled in at our work stations with banter from the extroverts that take their coffee with extra sugar. I personally believe the work environment should be neutral ground irregardless of anything happening in your life so i am always smiling towards co-workers and genuinely creating relationships that are beyond the work environment.I think the challenging part about being in such a diverse company is having respect for each others opinions and backgrounds. I enjoy learning, i appreciate every aspect of life "Learning is not attained by chance, it must be sought for with ardor and attended to with diligence." The most challenging aspects are when your personal life requires alot from you and your job also requires just as much, but i like to look at it as if those are tests to see if you are as strong willed as you always were

Pros: Career bulding,Learning to adapt to the workspace and create interpersonal relationships with colleagues and urgency with tasks at hand.

I really work good with my co-workers we are like a family,i have learnt to work with other people as a team without disdainful opinions.I enjoy working extra hours ,because i love earning extra income

I learned how to work as group or team

I am a fast leaner, I gained a lot in picking,I was having a great time with my co-workers,the company show me how to work with others,the company give us some hard time during working hours, the pressure was so high to concrete on your work

Pros: I had a chance of being a dispatch
Cons: I worked for 12 hours a day

The experience grew me.

The company hired me part weekends only. Promoting for Isilumko was fun, beneficial and convenient. We were paid wages, which were rather minimal. Public Relations is my passion so i remained loyal till i got a better job. The staff was a little rude but my maturity handled my frustration.

Taught me people skills, patience and also to be able to handle pressure

It has taught people skills and has built such a strong character because hanging difficult customers makes one grow a thick skin, again I have learnt to be more into sales and love a challenge the company have th ability to push you to do more, you suddenly have an urge to want to prove yourself. The co workers were easier to work with, the nice this about the promotional job was that you get to work not more than five hours per day n that meant you were always flex and ready to get in the zone

Excellent leaning curve

Isilumko is a good company to work for. You work flexible hours and the management is the friendliest and they believe in your presence. Working with them has helped me understand different kinds of people and how to communicate with each kind.
