It a good company but very difficult because it to dangerous.

The manager it not good with working with us he threatening us like we not humans Bing the way he talk to us not allow us to bring phones to work we have family to contact if we have problem that need to be solved he don't want us to attend that problem always telling me that he will fire me there many people who needs jobs if I go I must go for ever.

Good learning

Learning to lead with confidence. I have learned to solve the problems within the staff I supervise,i learn to love my job and to be honest and loyalty to your my superior each and every time of duty at work

Pros: I get promoted to be a supervisor
