I am working 8 hours a day,dealing with children at risk and their families.i have a good relationship with my colleagues.I have learnt a good communication skills and working with different people from different backgrounds.I enjoy to work as a team.The challenge is that there are families that do not want to work with me although i see that the child has problem or is at risk like sexual abuse and domestic violence
