This job is challenging and rewarding. learning about yourself, good communication skills. long hours, trying to convince people. marketing skincare products. somedays its quick you make daily target in 5hours of work and some days you spend up to 8-9hours tryingvto make target and not even getting close. Objection handling in Afrikaans and English, convincing skills over the phone working on the sound of the customers voice. Excellent working environment for individual an teamwork. Motivating and positive attitude.

I really have matured and develo9ped emotionally as a result of the job
The company has equipped me with the necessary skills to thrive in any other organization. The work environment is fantastic and so are the fellow employees. The most enjoyable part of my day is dealing with clients that really enjoy the product and cannot wait to receive their products, the most challenging aspect would include the type of management style employed and the low levels of employee satisfaction that form part of the organizational culture.

Guaranteed career growth and security
Most significantly, the organizational culture is well nurtured and communicates thoroughly. Employees play a significant role in company growth inputs. Targets set per day are realistic to achieve. However, hard work, persistent determination with a drive to work under pressure can ensure successful attainment of sales target needed. Collegiality is a strong bond that maintains the organizational culture and cooperation amongst employees. While management support ensures maintenance of highly performing individuals. In all respect the company is in a good standard with the achievement of its purpose and objectives.

Job description
I work in a call centre environment and is a target based job. Calling of our sister company clients promote our company and send promotional gifts to them and ask market research questions. Data Management by ensuring at the end of the day you submit accurate data. Generate referrals from our existing clients I mostly enjoy generating leads especially when dealing with clients who are willing to participate and at times when they are difficult its a challenge for you to be persistent until you get what you want so you are also able to reach your daily targets
Pros: Great communication skills,telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Cons: You do the same thing over and over you not challenged by anything except for reaching your targets

Excellent to speaking Afrikaans and English
I am an ambitious young woman striving for excellence. Both my degrees in Sport Management and in Strategic Management have enabled me to develop good organisational skills, a practical approach to solving problems and the ability to work under pressure. I have always believed that two minds are better than one; as a result, I enjoy working in teams and always eager to learn from others. My greatest strengths are communication, teamwork, motivation and negotiation skills.

Great introduction to the corporate culture
Could not complete training. When I started trying I was 4 months pregnant and the maternity leave of 6 weeks was not long enough for me. I also didn't have enough time to make it permanent at the company before I could go on maternity leave. I also had to travel from far, I had to wake up really early and got home late because of the hectic working ours.

Learning curve
It was a great way of experiencing work in such an environment I am glad I got the opportunity .I also learnt a lot about myself and my strengths. . I really made great growth at that company and learnt about how the working world is ( I cannot see what I haven written and as such I hope the spelling us not as bad).

Not worth it
The sell the non as something else and when you start working it’s completely different It’s just a call Centre job but you have to lie to people lie to people to get their id numbers of you don’t you get fired
