WORKING AS A BBS/ SAFETY CONSULTANT AND A PROJECT MANAGER:

Working at IRCA as SHE/ BBS consultant has given me great experience and pleasure. One gets to see and learn different cultures, resolve different cases and ensure that you come back with good profile. A typical work day for me is to see change his behavior and acknowledge that he/she was at fault and is willing to change after coaching. It is important to ensure that employees sees you as a helper, adviser and an approachable person, not a fault seeker. I have learned that greetings with a smile softens he hostile also replace a "Why...?" with (Do you think we...?) Engaging, motivating and enabling employees in different aspects of safety and their job gives me pleasure. The leadership that lacks commitment and leadership skills, it's a deal breaker.
