Excellent experience gained

I have been exposed to a wide range of audit investigations during my stay at the Company and this has expanded my knowledge regarding the pit falls in the profession. The position involves forensic and legal matters. I have been exposed to executives (including external board committee members) to present my work. I am confident that this role and has prepared me in dealing with committee members and has also widened my view of the profession. I have been exposed some experienced technical CA in the country at the Company that I have shared my experiences on technical matters on a daily basis.

Excellent learning opportunity

IRBA is a great place to work in, they have a flat structure that makes it easier for employees to engage with management.I had a good relationship with my colleagues and I really enjoyed working at the IRBA. Challenges are will always come but one thing I knew is that we always work as a team to resolve issues.

Pros: It would be great to get more opportunities
Cons: Working on sundays
