Employee relations Staff onboarding Recruiting Meeting minute record keeping Communication channel provision Great relationship with colleagues Learned accountability and ownership of role Enjoyed relationships and business rapport built Challenging to report to line managers during after-hours (ie little time for personal responsibility)

Pros: Excellent opportunity for experience in retail, sales and account growth and management
Cons: Demanding after-hour implications and responsibilities
