Excellent learning curve

As an HR personnel I have the moral and legal responsibility to ensure that things are done fairly and accordingly with regards to labour relations. But Management and Supervisors are used to doing as they please in the company including ignoring labour laws and ill treatment of staff and when I intervene it frustrates them and makes me enemy number one including being called to the Directors office to be put in my place.

I assure quality standards and conformance for all incoming raw materials .

Daily duties are as follows: Ensuring quality standards Temperature readings for refrigered ingredients Do COA, and CAR Request product specifications Supplier questionnaire and internal documents for new product Work very well with Receiving supervisor and skills development from my QA Manager I enjoy doing organoleptic assessment. Most challenging part is when quality is being compromised for efficiency. When stuff members don't want to adhere with food safety policies and when a new SOP is being set and they don't want to adapt to changes.y duties are to
