Exposure to different aspects of the company

The company is a small company which ideally can offer exposure into the different aspects of the Administration and Finance field. This exposure is essential for a recent graduate like me looking for experience in the field. I have had a chance to learn what to do and what not to do in a business environment. I have also been able to experience working with different people with different socio-economic state and back-rounds.

Pros: Small Company which creates many opportunities for exposure into the the different aspects of the Admin and Finance department.
Cons: No proper training for tasks.

Excellent learning curve

It's a great company which really gave me working experience in an Office environment. My computer literacy has now improved a lot especially working on excell and making sure I don't mess with the formulas in place. I work with great people who are not selfish with sharing information needed. I still need to learn giving presentation and reporting in meeting where there's lots of people.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Very stressful at times when there's shortage of staff
