Hectic pressure but doable

Unfortunately, the business model was not a sustainable one due to the burst of the bubble in the cryptocurrency market. My boss however, did not want to accept defeat (no offense if he’s reading this, but hey...it’s the truth.) I didn’t mind proving my loyalty to the organization, like working beyond my normal work hours and working on weekends without compensation. I was however demotivated as in trying to make a hopeless situation work out. I did learn a lot though and successfully did things I never I knew I could do, like writing newspaper articles for mail & guardian and using the ontraport IT systems to do a variety of things. My learning experience gave me useful skills I could potentially use wherever I go from here onwards

Pros: Room for rapid growth, co-workers were all just as young as me and relatable
Cons: Lack of support as there were no senior clerks with experience to guide us through

Excellent learning curve

Excellent learning curve. We had a lot of travelling experience given the Business model and were exposed to a lot of experience. The working hours were very strenous and lengthy

Pros: Great opportunity to grow
Cons: Long working hours
