Excellent learning curve

I am exposed daily to different departments of the company. I mostly work in the H.R department but i go between the legal department as well. I do anything from drawing up service level agreements to going over contracts and reviewing C.V'sas well as conducting interviews and going through the whole selection process. I am also an administrative assistant to the company attorney.

Pros: I am exposed to the different departments which broadens my knowledge.
Cons: I need a permanent job and they are not looking to employ new staff permanently.

Quick learner, able to work under pressure, able to work independently

I am exposed to a lot of different divisions which has enabled me to learn so much, e.g how to create Service Level Agreements and proofread important documents. On a typical day I am doing mostly admin and assisting the company's advocate.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Short paid

Quick learner, work quickly and efficiently, able to adapt

My current position exposes me to a lot of different departments such as legal, H.R and finance. I have gained a lot of valuable experience that precede my age.

Cons: Long working hours
