Inter-waste is a great company which all people will want to work for. Only that promotions are not easy to get. We all work hard to achieve our monthly target more specially month end we make sure we have all paperwork to make sure invoicing is complete on time. I'm most approachable person and almost everyone need me when they assistance. This is because I listen to God's voice before answering. I've learnt work life and we treat each other to make work place a better place to be. And all work related as I work with all types of waste. I enjoy my job as it keeps on me going. My position as internal sales interact with all department and all request from client in need of services. When we are in competition for a bigger client we both tendered for. Waiting for a feed back.
Pros: Waiting for confirmation as i internally went for an interview for junior account manager and i was tolk that i am succesfull.
Cons: I work from 7:30am to 16:30pm and this is time suitable for me as i arrive at work on time and arrive at home on time

Being involve in the tender worth millions of rands that went successfull
My company deal with a lot deferent waste. Which all involved parties to pay more attention to details that we will complete the process according to the law of waste management. On the typical days I keep focus on what I should do based on my day schedule. My relationship with my co-workers is excellent. I've leant that work need all works from all department to cooperate to achieve their goal. I enjoyed being with my current company as most of my future plans has come to pass. Dealing with new client who want their waste to collected and disposed of but they don't want to pay what worth for the job done.
Pros: The company open doors for their employees to feather their education.
Cons: The company has no benefit to their employees.

Willing to leaner daily and passionate about safety
Prepare toolbox every morning,do checklists and ensure working area is safe Train my team on new procedures Doing the job i love everyday keeps me happy Dealing with all type of workers

Change of Industry
I joined Inter waste by defaulted, my actual interest is in manufacturing.that is where I started and I want to retire in that industry.I also would love to work in a company with commitment from the board downwards.

Waste Management Solutions
As a sales rep, internal sales rep and sales admin. It involves a lot of department which helped me have a good relationship with my co-workers and clients. When my co-worker is having a typical day I turn to assist to make his work day complete. I have a good relationship with my co-workers in all departments. I have learnt that for work to be completed we need to work together as a team to archive our goal. I enjoy my work as I make sure I solve most of the problems with excellent satisfactions to my clients. Most challenging aspects when the client request service to be today as a urgent need to safe people's life.

Excellent company to get experience.
Learnt a lot from this company. Deadline driven and very fast paced environment. Pressurized environment People very friendly Pressure can be so challenging Long hours of work even weekends I enjoy their open door policy
