Flat structure and presence in African countries provide an excellent learning opportunity and individual success. Located around a good public transport gautrain city of joburg bus system. The most challenging aspect was cash flow and management of creditors due to limited financial resources.

Excellent learning and growth environment

The company which I am working in is a small company but it has potential growth they treat their employees with respect and the working condition is very conducive as we work together as a team to achieve the mission if the company but like any environment it has it's challenges in this case working with kids as an educator imposes great challenges especially when it comes to discipline which has an impact in syllabus being completed in time

Leaning

If the company can value their employees by paying them a leaving wage , and according to their qualifications. Working with cash, and thousands of customers. When working manually, one becomes a bit slow because we have to write every single transaction. Teamwork is great becaus we learn a lot from different currectors. I have learn respect, being honest, and communication.

Cons: Supervisors with attitude to more educated employees than them
