My total working experience is 8 years Call Manager for 10 Month Remote Desktop Support (First line Support) for 3 years CCC helpdesk Consultant for 1 year 3C (Team Leader) (Mystery shopper – Administrator) - 3 years

Pros: Great place to work. Awesome culture. They take great care of their employees. Work life balance is mostly good.

Faster learning

Communicate with client and customers with email and phone, training the cashier of the side required. Transport them when we have night event, assisting them according request, keeping the side and safe key, responsible for operating hours, monitoring the debit card operating, monitoring over flow on the busy day and avoid it ,auditing every cashier and make sure the money been bank, submit weekly report and monthly. Doing stock count and oder the needed one in time.

At first i was not at ease working for interpark. later i realised that working with people from different backgrounds is a rewarding and fulfilling experience.

Dedicate and Motivated Employee

I love working with dedicated and Motivated people. I can work well under pressure. I'm not a clock watcher, love to learn new ways of doing things, loved to assist my team mates I go the extra mile, I can meet deadlines and work extra hours when asked to. On a daily basis I process invoices, prepare recons, allocate payments, allocate out going and incoming payments I enjoy working in a non stressful environment where everyone is happy and loves being at work. I love helping us to achieve the same goals as me.

Energetin,dynamic and passinate

GGGGGI have the ability to manage my time wisely and to multi-task in order to complete daily jobs in a reasonable amount of time. I am in excellent physical condition with the ability to stand for long periods. I have skills to follow verbal and written directions to perform jobs. I am willing to learn new skills. I have great hand-eye coordination and i can learn new jobs quickly. I attached my CV and qualifications. Love my job

I really love and appreciate my job and we are working very well with my colleagues, our working relationship is very excellent it makes me feel good about the service we are providing to our customers, but I need something more challenging and new experience. just wish the company would change some of the things to provide more accommodating healthy working environment for all the workers.

I am good Interpesonal skills, communication skills both verbal and non verbal to customer service

I am organizational skills. Good administration, mail, diary management skills. Good decision making skills. Knowledge of filling system. Good telephone entiquitte. Interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Receiving, ordering, and stocking product.

Pros: I like to work with different people cause I like to convince the customers to buy the product that we have in our company

Car park management

Any day of the week Monday to Sunday, We worked very well with my colleagues mostly because i always put respect forward. I've learned how to take care of customers and resolve everyday conflicts. O enjoy working as a team and when there's a progress in the working environment. And it's very challenging facing different people every day with different personalities but you always need to consider their needs first and put yourself in their shoes.
