Great Learning Curve and Opportunity

Capturing of reports on a system. Making cards for the stores, visitors, merchandisers, contractors and id cards. Making administration books for the stores. General Office duties - Reception Duties, etc. I have a excellent relationship with everyone at the office, I can be a team player. I have learnt to prioritize and working harder and faster. I enjoy feeling accomplished at the end of every work day, yet excited about what tomorrow can bring. Sometimes the data capturing can take it's toll. Only because it's repetitive.

Pros: Great opportunity to grow, but in oneself. Taught me my own limits and to handle situations properly and professionally.
Cons: There is no growth in the company. Job title... And financially draining. There is no pension and medical aid. No promotions. No overtime.

moderating of learnership materials assessing learners during and after training preparing developing materials for trainees excellent relationship with co-workers working with people is what i enjoy about my every day and administration to find and make people competant
