Excellent learn process
At ibi i learned how to do stock take i work well under pressure and i get along with everyone my boss is also a good man and is always willing to help if i have a problem im also computer literate and i can receive stock , double check stock , scan paperwork and do data capturing as well . In the morning i have to open receiving ans start to receive the deliveries as they come during the day in the afternoon i have to make sure everything is right before i leave to go home . What i have learn is to be helpfull and to do everything tto the best of my ability .

Working to get by.
A typical work day starts from 06:00am until 16:00. One work four days and then two days off. I have a great relationship with co-workers. I teach them stuff, help them to do better, always motivate them and I love to crack as much jokes as I can just to enlighten the atmosphere and moods. I've learned a lot till this day, like how the company operates, I would like to give the bosses some ideas of how to better the business, but thats not possible and I'm not going to expand on that. I enjoy not only working for the company, but the people I meet, oh boy do I love to meet new people. The most challenging thing I'm struggling with at the moment is that I never know where I stand with the company. I'm on contract basis and we don't get any bonuses and doesn't have medical aid or provident fund and or pension fund. And besides that, in most of the cases at work my opinion doesn't count unless I saved someone's behind.

Quality, Good service and Good attention to details
I'm a self motivated person who is willing to work hard to get things done in an appropriate manner, also self disciplined and committed to quality service, as I have experience dealing with people in a business environment. I am qualified as a call center agent and also have experience in data capturing as I have worked as a double checked in the receiving area. I enjoy building healthy work relationships because I am supportive, reliable and a team player. given the chance I am willing to learn and adapt

Excellent learning curve
The most challenging part of my job is being a manager and giving out written warnings after verbal warnings do not make a difference. being a female in a management position is very difficult as very little people take you seriously. I have to check the quality of all foods in bakery and deli and that makes some of the employees in those departments very angry as they do not want to throw out the food. they believe it will not make any customer sick.

Good working experience
very challenging and have to think out of the box, must be fast and accurate. I work well with co workers. am good at what I do I've learned to be patient and respect other workers though very stressful if people stay absent at work. have to get along with management for work to be done appropriately.

Good learning experience
In the morning open receiving Start to receive deliveries Double check all incoming stock Empty receiving cage I learn a lot from checkers on how to capture the invoices and what i enjoyed the most was the liquor store stocktakes the challenge aspect of the job was not to make unnessaserily mistakes.my relationship with co workers was good because there was respect between us.
