I am a loyal hardworking person. Willing to learn new skills. Been working in admin of various sectors. Typist, secretary, reception, invoicing clerk, switchboard operator. Petty cash, logistics and personal assistant experience as well.

Positive working environment

I believe in a positive working environment where all staff are happy and in return give high quality service to their clients. Employees tend to give their best when efforts are appreciated and acknowledged. A team work mentality needs to be developed so much more productive and greater work can be produced. Most customers service jobs have times when difficult customers have to be dealt with.In my experience i have learned to do it with a smile and positive attitude getting frustrated never helps.

A FIELD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE REGARDING VISA REQUIREMENTS IE. PRECISE INFORMATION PROVIDED

GREAT ENERGY ENVIRONMENT THAT ALSO HAS ITS INTENSE MOMENTS ALONG WITH IRATE APPLICANTS/ CLIENTS, QUIET PERIODS DO OCCUR DURING THE YEAR TOO. DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES RETRENCHMENT HAS NOW TAKEN PLACE THAT WHICH GIVES ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO NOW MOVE WITH THIS GREAT WORKING EXPERIENCE AN APPLY THIS WITH ANOTHER POTENTIAL COMPANY OF INTEREST.

Stimulating

I am working as a administrator at a Visa application Centre for the German Embassy. The offices were newly established in July 2015. The company is highly security orientated as we deal with people's identities. We handle the admin for the applicant and submit the application for shortterm Visas to the German Embassy. The daily tasks alson include making of backups of informatoon. Logistics regarding courier of passportsand applications to the Embassy. I enjoy working with all the different people who apply for Visas. We as office staff also have a nice working environment and good interpersonal relationships.

Hard working willing to learn

I have experience in the fields of secretary, personal assistant, data capturer, receptionist, administrator. I have also done debtors and monthly recons. Worked in various sectors from health care, accounting etc. I am friendly and like to work with clients. Have good relationship skills and frontline reception experience.
