Excellent working environment

Working at Interfile is the most exciting place one would want to be especially if its ones first job, reason being it gives you an understanding on how to work with different people from different cultures and minds. The environment allows one to be able to think wide, it really cares for their employees in so many ways, for an example we have a company gym. the most thing that i have learnt with working with the co-workers is that people are different and we all think differently. The most thing that i enjoy is the environment , its very refreshing and allows one to grow if the is an opportunity. With the experience I have gained over the years in working with people directly or indirectly has made me a great asset for the company but unfortunately a person has to grow and I need new challenges and this position would suit me best and I will love to share my experience and skills with your team so that together we can work on building the company.

Excellent

I have achieved an appreciation latter for my hard work (with the team) and support. Fair manager/I like the atmosphere and the employees in this company, they are very energetic and enthusiastic, The most difficult element ,When a tool is not responding/Server down The most interesting part of my job is to work under presser and less time, giving guidance to others and the least thing is that others take credit for the work which I have done I have learnt many new things in this company

Fruitful

In my previous work i performed various administration duties. I currently work as a data capturer, collect and analizing data or information, locate and correct data entry errors, compare data with source documents. we work fast and as team with my co-workers to reach our target. I've learnt that to work hard, good communications and work as a team is very important in work place. I enjoyed the most when we reached our target and recieve incentives. the biggest challenge we are faced with is abseentism which is very high.

Pros: hard work
Cons: we have shortage of staff while the workload is too much on the other hand employees abseentism is very high.

Excellent learning curve

Its a small company, we assist clients with navigating the system. We hardly under pressure...the company does not have correct work ethics, for a first time job it is ok but I do want to grow and do more in the same line of work. The workibg relationship is very tense at times because we never work as a team we working on egg shell all the time. On a typical day, we get at list 20 to 30 calls, so its not too busy. I do love my job but the environment is not as healthy as it used to be.

Pros: no growth
Cons: mordarate working hours
