Broaden my horison

every day is normal until month end, than we work long hours because we are deadline driven. I have a satisfactory relationship with my co workers and i sometimes i also have the worst relationship with some people because my job is my passion and i take it serious. I have learnt how to do my job skillfully and with great integrity and humility, knowing that its my job my responsibility and i need to be accountable. I enjoy the liberty of working independently and freely without pressure because it is not necessary when i know that i do my job well. The most challenging is when people cannot accept the standard i set for my work and because i am a trend setter i have set the bar for myself; maybe too high. its not unreachable, but people tend to bring me down because some people don't want to get up there.

Pros: Excellent working plan
Cons: Too long hours and no over time and underpaid.

Excellent with building and keeping great relationships with all different types of clients alike.
