It is a good place for starters who want to have experience in the sales enviroment.

A day at work is like a normal 9-5 job. Busy with clients and the pressure of having to reach your daily target. Everyone is friendly and we work good together as a team despite our different backgrounds we try and find common ground for the best results. Throughout my time in the company I have learnt a lot both professionally and I have discovered things I was not aware of about myself and who I want to be in life. I enjoy my job because I know how to do it accordingly and I always do what is expected of me as a Sales Agent. I have become too comfortable as my job is redundant, I do the same thing everyday and with no room for growth

Pros: Good commission can be made if you make your daily target
Cons: No room for growth and the management is somehow questionable in terms of the EEA

EXCELLENT

"In five years I hope to be working with an employer in an increasingly responsible position, that enables me to utilize my talents and work closely with my colleagues in solving important problems. I see myself taking on new and exciting challenges in an enjoyable environment and hopefully this will be with your company,working at INTELLICELL been an amazing opportunity for,i experience a lot trough my colleges they been amazing to me and very helpful and working with client as well been great experience as well and very challenging because sometimes client can be very difficult but at the same time i enjoy every day meeting different client,different problems,different solution,its been fantastic and awesome and excellent experience for me.

Intellicell a good company to work for

In my company we are all equal,my relationship with the co -workers is a positive one,we help each other out....we do stuff parties and team buildings every year which helps us to get to know each other more. I have learnt a lot in terms of work experience.This job opportunity helped me a lot as i started work without any experience,now i can proudly say being a consultant is my job,i really learnt a lot in this department,how to deal with clients,How to operate a computer,How to have a good work ethic. I really enjoy communicating with new clients everyday,getting to know other cultures..... The most challenging part of my job is working with cold leads,as those people have no idea of what your talking about and in most cases they don't get to be interested in our product,but my job is to convince them and make them like the product,that's a bit challenging.

Cons: 8:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday

Learning curve

It was a great experience as it was my first job, made friends and met new people. As for the job itself, it would've been if it wasn't for the unnecessary ill treatment to part time staff other than that it was a great experience.

It excelent learning curve

It was great opportunity of working for the compony ,the are curves where you can see that there is no growth for thé compony but aothe than that i had amazing collegues.the most challenging was when they asked you to work suturday and knowing we not getting paid for the sutrday of which it was verry challenging.,ive learn so much in the company but i gues in eed a nnew challenge of being out of the call centre.

Pros: Nothing great at all
Cons: Working for suturday and dont get paid.

Excellent learning curve

It is nice working at my current work place. I'm learning a lot each any everyday I learn new things. But I believe that now am looking for something new as this was the step to take me into another step. All the information I have am looking forward to give to other companies as I believe it will helpful.

Intellicell was my first call centre and definitely experienced alot

No availability Always had to be by my desk Relationships with my co workers were great I learnt how to work with different customers everyday My most challenging aspect was to always meet target and do better

Pros: Straight shift
Cons: No loo breaks
