Great Positions - Interesting, Challenging, Rewarding

I managed a Team of two Quality Analysts ( One remotely , works from home full-time) I planned and Executed the QA and Training plan for the Company Liaised with Stakeholders, e.g Managers, Ownership, External Compliance Agencies etc etc I Assess Agent Interactions with Clients, e.g Calls, Emails , Social Media I Coach and Mentor on a daily basis Interview and Appoint Agents Provide Induction Training No part of my job is too "Challenging" because it has to be done. Management/ownership would often ask me to deal with very sensitive situations.

Pros: Fantastic growth
Cons: Dreadful Travelling into the CBD by Public Transport, became tiresome and dangerous
