Learning Experience, High pressure environment

I am a skilled, capable & hard working individual and it would be an honour to be involved with a company with this level of prestige & good reputation in the market. I am currently working for a Cape Town based project management firm called Integrated Solutions where I have been exposed to numerous construction projects in the hospitality, retail & student accommodation sectors. With my present employer I have consistently met my goals and targets set for me I am valued for my ability to co-ordinate project stakeholders to act effectively and cohesively, monitoring project programmes & schedules and quality control. South Africa is a country that lacks severely in skills, particularly in the Engineering and the Built Environment Industries. That is why I firmly believe in constantly being able to learn and keeping up with new processes & technologies within the industry to enhance my skills and add value to the input I give in the working field.

Time for new challenges

Works days are never the same, and exciting. I keep mostly to myself, and have few connections at the office. I have grown professionally, and have really enjoyed the opportunity to grow into the role of lead project manager on my projects. It is however challenging to work for a salary that is not what my worth as employee justifies.

Cons: Very little growth, salary
